We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing civil engineering division. This is a pivotal role within the business supporting the Directors by taking ownership of the estimating function and providing confident leadership across major bids and tenders Key responsibilities: Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders across civil engineering projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce detailed cost estimates. Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure consistent project delivery. Take ownership of estimating processes, driving improvements and efficiencies across the department. About you: Proven experience in civil engineering estimating, ideally within highways, but general civils experience will also be considered. Strong technical understanding of construction methods and cost planning. Confident using Conquest estimating software (experience with other systems also considered). Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
