Payroll Administrator - £40-45K- Permanent - Charing Cross
My client is a leading financial services firm.
Due to acquisition and head count growth, they are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis who has experience of Cascade (ideally) and enjoys payroll administration and managing the vendor relationship.
The role will involve:
* Maintaining employee data changes in Cascade (new starters, leavers, salary changes, etc.).
* Checking and validating payroll outputs provided by Cascade.
* Liaising with Cascade to resolve any payroll queries.
* Supporting HR and Finance with payroll reports and audits.
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance
To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must -
* Have strong HRIS or payroll-system skills (Cascade experience preferred).
* Have high attention to detail
* Be comfortable handling sensitive data.
* Have solid understanding of the payroll process and UK statutory requirements (PAYE, NI, pensions).
