Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Administrator in Clinical Engineering, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of medical device management across the Trust. This includes coordinating administrative processes, managing inventory and service records, liaising with clinical teams and suppliers, and supporting compliance with the department’s Quality Management System. You’ll be the first point of contact for device-related queries and help maintain accurate documentation for medical equipment.

The main duties of this role are to coordinate the administrative function within the Clinical Engineering Department, ensuring administrative support is provided at all times and to assist with the updating and maintenance of Clinical Engineering records relating to Medical Devices, Medical Device Management and supporting the wider technical team.


Qualifications

* BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, Customer Services Course, Essential criteria
* Use of Microsoft Office Suite
* Able to manage and report information
* Desirable criteria: Advance IT Skills & use of specialist software
