Contract Administrator
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the Fire & Security sector for a proactive and process-driven Contract Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, thrives under deadlines, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing maintenance contracts, scheduling jobs, liaising with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring clients receive a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain new and existing customer maintenance contracts
* Schedule monthly Fire & Security maintenance jobs using Simpro software
* Create and issue work orders to subcontractors and follow up on paperwork
* Issue customer documentation and prepare remedial quotations
* Raise recurring maintenance invoices and manage contract renewals
* Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints
* Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
* Flexible team player willing to support colleagues where needed
* Detail-oriented and able to work to deadlines
* Experience with Google Workspace preferred
* Simpro experience and Fire & Security background advantageous but not essential
