We offer experienced, CIPD qualified HR Professionals a unique opportunity to build their own businesses, supplying commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes, in all sectors. You’ll need to be absolutely focused on building your business, by building your network, prioritising your clients' needs and employing strong professional consulting skills.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage your own HR consultancy business.
* Build and nurture a client network, prioritise client needs, and deliver tailored HR advice and training.
* Provide strategic HR consulting, leadership development, and organisational development to clients across various sectors.
* Use the company’s resources such as the marketing agency content and HR/training course libraries to support client engagements.
* Engage in ongoing business development activities, including monthly team meetings and 1‑to‑1 business support.
Qualifications
* Experienced and qualified HR Professional authorised to live and work in the UK.
* CIPD qualified with strong consulting and client‑relationship skills.
* Demonstrated ability to run a successful HR/training consultancy or a proven track record in senior HR roles.
* Strong drive, commitment, and passion to work independently while leveraging director‑level coaching and support.
