Job Title: Sales Executive - New & Used

Salary: £18,000 basic + uncapped commission (£65,000 OTE+)

We are recruiting for a growing sales team at our client's family‑run dealership in Portsmouth. This position is with a well‑established group, operating across Hampshire and West Sussex, representing some of the most exciting brands in the Industry.
No motor trade experience is required; full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates from hospitality, events, retail, or any customer‑focused background who are confident communicators and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do as a Car Sales Executive
* Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
* Achieve maximum profitability on sales
* Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
* Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
* Achieve industry‑leading standards of customer care
* Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price and key features
What We're Looking for in a Car Sales Executive
* Previous experience in car sales is an advantage – but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Self‑motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
* Full UK driving licence required
