Job Purpose
To support the Aftersales Team (Service/Warranty)
Schedule
Monday-Friday 08.00am-5.30pm (60 min lunch break)
Saturdays 08.30am-12.30pm on a rota basis payable at Base Hourly Rate
Depending on experience up to £28,585.45 per annum + bonus opportunity
Key Responsibilities
The role is to offer full support to our Aftersales Department. Your main responsibilities will include dealing with customers both in person and over the telephone, recording customers’ requirements in a professional and polite manner, booking vehicles into our workshop, arranging service loan vehicles and producing customer invoices.
Skills required
The successful candidate will be extremely enthusiastic, organised and confident enough to ask for help if you don’t understand. You will have great attention to detail and always be willing to go that extra mile. You must be an excellent communicator and it is essential that you are a team player. You must possess a desire to learn and develop your skills. You will have a passion to deliver a high standard of customer service, be extremely driven. Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence.
