They are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced events environment and is looking to take ownership of both the strategic and hands-on elements of sales and marketing activity. Reporting into the Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving event revenue, boosting brand visibility, and motivating a high-performing team. The role also offers exciting international travel opportunities throughout the year. Key Duties of the Sales & Marketing Manager: Design and implement sales strategies that boost attendance and support revenue growth Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email platforms Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key contacts Review event data and performance results to guide improvements and future planning Coach and lead the sales and marketing team, helping them achieve shared objectives Oversee event budgets, ensuring spending is monitored and resources are used effectively Build connections within the industry to stay informed on trends and identify new prospects Work closely with other teams, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth deliverySkills & Experience Required: Proven experience in event operations Strong background in sales and marketing with a record of achieving targets Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Proficient in digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing) Experience managing website content Experience in budget management and financial reporting Able to work well under pressure and adapt quicklyWhat's in it for you?
