Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our Neurosurgery & Orthopaedics team with a competitive salary range on offer, up to £56,678.84, depending upon experience.
This is a Monday-Sunday, Days/Nights/Weekends role with the following shift patterns:
1. Monday to Sunday Long Days– 0730-2000
2. Monday to Sunday Nights – 1930-0800
3. Bank Holidays – 0730-2000 & 1930-0800

What will your duties include:
4. Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
5. Act as a clinical leader and role model whilst providing direct quality patient care, sharing expertise with colleagues.
6. Keep the Charge Nurse informed of all the relevant issues affecting patient care e.g. risk, staffing levels, skills and equipment needs.
7. Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate at all times.
8. Participate effectively at the Quality improvements initiatives for the ward ensures that the Ward KPI’s are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.
What we need from you:
9. Experience working in a Neuro/Ortho setting as a Senior Nurse desirable
10. Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council
11. Supports the Charge Nurse/Nurse Manager in contributing to CCLs nursing operational and strategic goals.
12. ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 month of hire
13. Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past jobs in the clinical field
