The Role:
The School are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. You will support the class teacher in delivering engaging learning experiences and help create a safe, stimulating environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering creative and age-appropriate activities.
* Support children’s learning and development through play and structured sessions.
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Contribute to observations and assessments of children’s progress.
* Work closely with staff and parents to promote positive outcomes for pupils.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery or Early Years setting.
* A warm, patient, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification) are desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
