Our client, a prominent player in the automotive and aerospace sectors, is currently seeking a Composite Trimmer to join their team in Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities: Trim, bond, and finish components in the Trim Shop department to a high-quality standard, adhering to all standard operations and procedures Manufacture, assemble and build specialist parts using engineering drawings and associated design data to meet business and customer expectations Support Production Managers and Team Leaders in ensuring all parts are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard Take an active role in continuous improvements Ensure equipment and tooling are maintained and any issues are identified to the line manager Attend and support production meetings if required Maintain component traceability and adhere to company procedures in all work carried out Comply fully with company policies, including Health and Safety, at all times Perform any other reasonable duties as required Job Requirements: Experience in trimming within the Aerospace or Automotive industry Mechanical, fitting or joining experience in Aerospace, Automotive or similar industries Competent skills gained through training and experience, with the ability to communicate within a team Understanding of workshop policies ...
