Here, you’ll deliver planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members, whether at their driveway or workplace car park.
Your Rewarding Role
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:

Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.

Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options and additional bonus opportunities.

Flexible Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Daily Experience
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule of pre-booked jobs. You’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
