Front of house - Waiter / Waitress Hours 40 45hrs per week
Wednesday to Sunday (were closed Monday and Tuesday)
Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm and attentive service to every guest throughout their visit.
Deliver an in-depth knowledge of our food and drinks menu, including daily specials and recommendations.
Take and process orders accurately, liaising smoothly with the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve dishes and drinks with care, confidence, and attention to presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
Handle payments and bookings efficiently.
Support team members and contribute to a positive, professional working atmosphere.
Uphold our standards for presentation, service, and guest experience at all times.
About You: Previous experience in a busy, high-quality restaurant setting.
A natural people person with a passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
Confident, well-presented, and professional under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
A positive attitude and desire to grow within an ambitious, independent restaurant.
