* Booth Welsh require a project engineer with experience in management of Change
* Ideally someone with a Process or instrumentation background
* 12 months work at least
* Outside IR35 and good rates based in Grangemouth
* Review the current MOC proposed breakdown from Define and update for Execute.
* This will include some changes using phased Authorisation and a review of pressure envelopes.
* Discussions will be required with the MOC Co-ordinator, Operations and Asset Engineers to confirm Execute breakdown.
* Create Technical Appraisals and frame supporting documents.
* Facilitate initial risk assessments.
* Upload all relevant information to MOC admin.
* Capture all resulting actions and close.
