Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of property management tasks, providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills .
Duties
* Manage daily administrative tasks related to property management, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Perform data entry duties, maintaining precise records of leaseholder information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette while addressing leaseholder inquiries and concerns.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely responses to service requests and follow up on outstanding issues.
* Support the property management team in various office tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all records.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office or property management software is an advantage.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with leaseholders and team members.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
