ABOUT THE CLIENT
I’m supporting an established digital agency based in Leeds that continues to grow its paid offering. They’re known for delivering insight-led social campaigns across retail, ecommerce and B2B sectors, and are now looking to bring in an experienced Paid Social Manager to strengthen their team.

THE PAID SOCIAL MANAGER ROLE
You’ll take ownership of paid social activity across Meta and LinkedIn, from strategy through to execution and optimisation. The role covers campaign build, audience refinement, testing, performance analysis and client communication. You’ll also play a key role in improving tracking frameworks and ensuring data accuracy through GTM, CAPI and insights tags. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and day-to-day delivery, with the autonomy to shape performance and push creative approaches.
PAID SOCIAL MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Strong experience across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Confident working with retail, ecommerce or B2B accounts
* Skilled in GTM setups, CAPI implementations and Meta’s conversions API
* Understanding of insights tags, tracking and troubleshooting
* Comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end and reporting back to clients
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and refine strategy
