As our Business Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and managing opportunities within our existing client base, while taking ownership of commercial performance. Working closely with the Business Director, youll support the strategic development of the business and, where appropriate, lead the day-to-day operations of a designated contract or business area to achieve company goals and objectives. This role spans multiple functions, including SHEQ, Operations, and Work Planning, and serves as the key interface for client relationships and business development. In addition, youll provide assurance and governance on quality, support carbon reduction and environmental improvements, and deliver all contractual and commercial KPIs alongside quarterly and annual business plan targets. A key part of your role will involve developing and implementing improvement initiatives, embracing innovation, and adapting new ways of working to benefit both colleagues and clients.
