Location: Various sites across London, "The Golden Arc," and the Southeast\n\nSector: Construction - Interior Fit-Out\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are looking for a proactive and people-centric Health and Safety Professional to join our dynamic team in the interior fit-out sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to advance their health and safety career.\n\nYou will play a key role in supporting the implementation and monitoring of health and safety performance across multiple commercial fit-out projects. The role involves regular site visits and audits, working closely with Project Teams to promote and strengthen our positive safety culture.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, internal standards, and best practices.\nReview site-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) from Contractors.\nInvestigate incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training.\nLiaise with site managers, subcontractors, and clients to promote a safe working environment.\nAssist the H&S Team with data collection, KPI tracking, and trend analysis.\nSupport the H&S Team in delivering training and presentations.\nProvide out-of-hours and weekend support on an ad-hoc basis as required.\nAssist in updating H&S Team documentation, policies, and procedures.\nHelp retain company accreditations, including ISO:45001, RoSPA, Constructionline Platinum, Once For All SSIP, and SafeContractor SSIP.Essential Qualifications & Experience:\n\nNEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety\nTechnical Membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH)\nSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)\nFirst Aid at Work Certification\nFull UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle\nUp to 3 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally within interior fit-out projectsWhat We Offer:\n\nOngoing support and assistance for Career Development, including training and CPD activities.\nSupportive team environment\nExposure to high-profile interior fit-out projects and Clients\nMileage and travel expenses reimbursed\nCompany insurance schemes, including Private Medical (inc.
