About the Role:
Flexi First Class Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team providing supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25. You will play a vital role in helping our residents develop life skills, achieve independence, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred support to young people in their daily lives
* Assist with education, employment, and life skills development
* Promote independence and wellbeing for residents
* Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company and regulatory standards
* Support young people with challenging behaviour in a positive and safe manner
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Experience working with young people aged 16–25 preferred
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts
* Empathetic, patient, and resilient approach
* Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorships provided)
