About Our Nursery

Located in a beautiful woodland setting, Busy Bees Oxford Ardington is rated Good by Ofsted and accommodates 102 children. With excellent transport links and access to local walks and cafés, our nursery prioritizes staff wellbeing with a comprehensive package that includes hot lunches. We frequently organize enriching trips for children to explore the local park, post office, and surrounding woods. Role Responsibilities

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and care needs while building strong family connections.


Required Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
