Key Stage 1 Teacher (Full time, permanent) Location: Nottingham, NG5 Start Date: January 5th, 2026 Salary: £30,000-£49,000 per annum Education Personnel is working with a well-established primary school in the NG5 area that has been refining its curriculum to make learning clearer and more consistent for pupils. As part of this, the school has introduced a simple but effective ‘shared lesson structure’ that is used across all year groups, helping children feel settled and giving staff a common approach to planning and delivery. Teachers have found that this has improved continuity, strengthened teamwork and created a steady working atmosphere throughout the school. We are seeking a KS1 Teacher who values a clear framework, works well with colleagues, and is confident contributing to a calm and organised phase.
