Responsibilities
* Lead swimming instruction and contribute to school swimming and aquatics programs in line with the university’s priorities.
* Plan and deliver lesson plans for progression in Swimming Education and School Swimming.
* Communicate with parents or guardians and monitor swimmers progress using formal assessment methods.
* Provide a safe and high-quality swimming environment compliant with industry standards and governing body policies.
Working Hours / Programme Timetable
The programmes run on the following days and times:
* Dysgu Nofio – Dydd Mawrth 17:00 - 19:00
* Dydd Iau 18:00 - 20:00
* Dydd Sadwrn 09:00 - 11:00
* Nofio Ysgol – Dydd Llun - Dydd Gwener 10:00 - 12:00
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience as a lead swimming teacher in a school, club, or leisure setting.
* Plan and deliver progressive lesson plans.
* Experience communicating with parents or guardians.
* Experience in assessing, monitoring and recording swimmer progress using formal assessment methods.
