If you are experienced in Customer Service Advisor and are seeking a new challenge this could be the opportunity you are looking for. This role involves being first point of contact working in regulated environment where customer outcomes come first. You’ll be trusted to manage queries properly, resolve issues thoroughly, and provide a consistently high standard of service. This is a well-structured role with clear processes, ongoing training, and realistic expectations. Package & Benefits for the Customer Service Advisor:
• Salary £30,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday office hours with no weekend requirement and hybrid working after probation.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:

• Maintain consistent communication across phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Work within defined regulatory and operational processes at all times.

About You
• Experience within a inbound customer service environment with KPIs.
• Proven experience managing customer queries or complaints through to resolution.
• Experience working within regulated or process-driven environments.
