Stafforce is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver for our valued client in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
You will work in a busy industrial environment on a day shift, with a full and accredited induction provided.
🔧 Key Duties
Safe operation of a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock and materials around the site
Supporting warehouse and production teams
Maintaining high standards of health & safety
👤 Ideal Candidate Will Have
A valid, externally accredited Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)
Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial environment
Good understanding of warehouse operations and safe working practices
Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
