An outstanding school based in Nottingham City have an opportunity arising for Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants. The role will entail working 1:1 with a child with challenging behaviour. SEND experience is required.
Responsibilities
* Work 1:1 with a child with challenging behaviour.
Qualifications
* Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
* A calm, patient and caring personal
* A good communication skills
* A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
* Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
Application requirements
* Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced Child and Adult DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 references.
