We are thrilled to have an opening for a male support worker to join our independent living model in Southbourne. In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting an incredible group of three women and four men in their early to mid-twenties, each living independently in their own self-contained flat, while being part of a fun, social and supportive community together. From shared laughs and everyday achievements, to encouraging independence and building confidence, no two days are ever the same. The role Your role would be to help our residents transition from living at home to living more independently. You could be with preparing food, laundry, weekly food shopping, providing advice about work placements and day to day colleague interaction, day trips into the forest, attending workshops and clubs, cake tasting in local cafes, or going to watch the football in the Brewhouse.
