Responsibilities
As our Lead Asset Integration Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading an asset integration team and matrix-managing delivery team members.
* Ensuring timely and compliant integration of assets across the delivery lifecycle.
* Coaching internal and external teams on asset documentation and integration processes.
* Representing the business on steering groups related to takeover and quality.
* Coordinating project readiness for handover and supporting post-takeover activities.
* You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring our new assets are safe, operationally ready, and fully documented.
Base location Flexible across Thames Water sites. Working pattern or hours Full-time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Essential criteria
* HNC or above in an appropriate engineering subject or significant experience in a similar role
* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or SMSTS
* Strong understanding of water/wastewater processes and infrastructure development
* Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across teams
Additional skills
* Previous experience in the water industry
* Experience with TWexnet and asset documentation processes

* Competitive salary from £55,000 to £68,000 per annum
