Overbury Estates are looking for a Lead Estimator with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for strategic bidding to help us secure and shape the future of our growing portfolio across the construction and refurbishment industry. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the heart of how we win work. You’ll lead on tender submissions, cost planning, and risk reviews – working closely with our MD, commercial team, and project leads to bring smart, compelling bids to life. Whether it’s a heritage refurbishment or a sustainable new build, you’ll be instrumental in setting the tone for how we deliver excellence from day one.
