Pearson Whiffin Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a well-established Kent manufacturing business to recruit a Marketing & Client Projects Executive. This is a unique opportunity to join a creative, design-led company delivering bespoke projects to a diverse commercial client base.
This varied role combines marketing, client relationship management, and project coordination. You’ll support marketing growth while managing client projects from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth
* Support and develop marketing initiatives
* Manage website, social media, and digital campaigns
* Analyse performance and report insights
* Identify opportunities (awards, events, partnerships)
* Research market trends and competitors
* Create engaging content and campaign messaging
* Work with external suppliers and internal teams
* Maintain CRM data and support targeted campaigns
Client & Project Management
* Act as main client contact (phone/email)
* Build strong relationships and deliver excellent service
* Coordinate with design, estimating, and production teams
* Manage projects from enquiry to completion
* Monitor progress and resolve issues
* Provide clear client updates
* Encourage repeat business
About You
* Experience in marketing, client services, account management, or project coordination
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Commercially aware with creative thinking
* Comfortable working with data/figures
Desirable tools: Canva, Google Analytics, CMS, email platforms, social media tools, CRM, Excel
Marketing qualification is a plus but not essential—attitude and curiosity matter most. Training support available.
