A well-regarded law firm in Basingstoke is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to manage a varied caseload and progress within a supportive and dynamic environment.
The Role
Advising on a broad range of family matters, including:
* Divorce & Separation
* Financial Remedy Proceedings
* Private Children Work (Contact and Residence)
* Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements
* Separation Agreements and Cohabitation Disputes
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing your own caseload
* Ensuring compliance with Resolution, SRA, and regulatory standards
* Mentoring and delegating work to support staff
* Assisting with business development and client engagement
* Attending firm or external events/seminars as required
Experience as a collaborative lawyer and/or mediator is desirable but not essential.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in family law
* Strong technical skills in privately funded family matters
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* Proactive, organised, and professional
* Ability to maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth
