They are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to service their business customer needs. This isn’t a call-centre role. You will be given the time and autonomy to build rapport, solve problems, and deliver the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The role Handling inbound calls and emails from existing customers Providing support, handling general account queries including sales administration Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction Process customer orders efficiently Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth service delivery Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures using CRM software Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience The candidate Previous customer service skills (B2B) is essential Strong rapport builder, someone bubbly/ chatty would suit this role Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A team player with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office What is on offer Competitive salary of £25k–£30k Monday - Friday working hours, no weekends.
