Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Agency – London – c. £55K
I am working with an award-winning digital media agency and they are looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Manager to join the team. If you love solving paid media challenges, driving performance, and working with high-profile clients (including FTSE 100s), this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
1. Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing (Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail)
2. Optimise bidding, structure, copy, keywords, and landing pages
3. Develop our paid social offering and grow the channel
4. Collaborate on integrated, cross-channel strategies
5. Report on KPIs, manage budgets, and spot growth opportunities
What You’ll Bring
6. Proven PPC and Paid Social experience (agency background preferred)
7. Google/Meta Certified (Search/Display/Analytics)
8. Strong skills in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking
9. Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and handling multiple accounts
10. Proactive, organised, and keen to keep learning
