Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Role | Withington

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Withington to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher for a full-time position beginning in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils
* Assess and track pupil progress, offering clear and constructive feedback
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practices
* Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Year 3 or other Key Stage 2 classes
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Ability to differentiate learning to support a range of abilities
* Solid understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
* Confident use of technology to enhance learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
