Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages SHE Coordinator (Safety, Health & Environmental) Location: Princes Gate, Narberth, Pembrokeshire £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus excellent companywide benefits Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity for a SHE Coordinator to join our UK Nestle Waters & Premium Beverage team at our Princes Gate site in Narberth, Pembrokeshire. A day in the life of a SHE Coordinator The SHE Coordinator will assist the Factory SHE Manager in implementing and maintaining the factory's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management systems and improvement programs. SHE Administration : Coordinate the administration of the factory SHE management systems, including document management and review and reporting of results and trends to the SHE manager and wider site team. Safety Programmes : Maintain existing Safety, Health, and Environment systems and programs. Audit and Compliance: Support during internal and external audits of the site to ensure compliance with SHE standards. Engagement: Assist with site safety initiatives, campaigns, and site inductions and training and coaching on SHE-related topics. Personal Development: Pursue self-development topics to enhance SHE knowledge and capabilities. What Will Make You Successful? Professional Experience: Prior knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment management systems is desirable, as is prior experience working within a manufacturing/FMCG setting. Administration skills : Proven general administration skills and a methodical approach to work processes and documentation Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. IT Skills: Proficient IT skills, with a knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a willingness to undergo training if necessary. Communication Skills : Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Organisational Skills : Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and a capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Adaptability : A flexible approach to work, adapting to changing priorities and requirements as needed. What You Need To Know What can we offer in return?
