Position Overview-
Our client is seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow implementation and operations management, with a proven ability to coordinate technical teams, manage client or stakeholder expectations, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes.
This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities-
* Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
* Oversee a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of priorities, and proactive management of risks and issues.
* Ensure all solutions are delivered in accordance with ServiceNow best practices, architectural standards, and governance frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and technical architects to define and execute delivery roadmaps.
* Implement and maintain delivery processes, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Monitor platform health, service performance, and delivery metrics to ensure ongoing service quality and compliance with SLAs.
* Support release management, change control, and post-implementation review processes.
* Stay informed on the latest ServiceNow releases and capabilities, advising on opportunities to enhance platform value.
Qualifications Required-
* 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery or project management
* Demonstrated success leading ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM).
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
* Proven Consulting experience
