We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join our Assessment & Safeguarding team. Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of service users.
* Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
* Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals and families in distress.
* Advocate for the rights and well-being of children and vulnerable adults.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.


Requirements

* A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent).
* Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a social work setting.
* Strong understanding of assessment and safeguarding frameworks and legislation.
* Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide effective support.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and best practice in social work.

Hours Per Week: 35.00

Start Time: 09:00

End Time: 17:00

Pay Per Hour: £23.73

Location: Camden, North West London
