What does a typical day look like at P4A?
Well, the truth is, there isnt one. Each one of our service users are different and their independence goals are personalised to them. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service, respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success! Now, there may be some reoccurring themes around developing independence through the night such as:.
* Emotional and mental wellbeing support.
* Administering and assisting with medication.
* Support with personal care, toileting and health needs.
* Preparing and/or supporting with meal preparation.
We are looking for individuals with a drive to make a difference and seek new opportunities for our service users to make the most out of their support and strive to reach their individual goals.
What would I need to make a real difference?
OurGROWvalues are the seedlings of everything we do. Our teams need to be able to embrace and demonstrate these values to support our clients towards independence.
