We're looking for an experienced person to come and join our team. Working alongside our chef/owner you'll be responsible for the day to day running of the front of house.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic front of house Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within a vibrant dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse team, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Lead and motivate staff, including serving personnel, kitchen staff, housekeepers & bar staff
* Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
* Implement training programmes to develop team skills and knowledge in hospitality standards
Qualifications
* Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong team management and leadership capabilities
* Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
* Familiarity with culinary processes, food production, and kitchen operations
* Previous experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Good communication skills and a professional demeanour
* Knowledge of health regulations related to food safety and hygiene standards

Management will be with the team training, daily team leadership during service, responsibility for ordering of wet stock, shift sign offs, EoD reports & working with our social media team to showcase our business online.
