The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Consultancies Partnership Manager to lead our strategic collaborations with consultancy firms across Europe.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about relationship building, strategic growth, and forging consultancy-based partnerships that amplify SupportRoom’s mission of redefining workplace wellbeing.
You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing partnerships with HR consultancies, management advisory firms, wellness and organizational development consultancies, and other ecosystem partners to accelerate SupportRoom’s growth across the European market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard consultancy partners across Europe—including HR, management, and corporate wellness consultancies.
* Develop joint go-to-market strategies, partnership roadmaps, and co-marketing initiatives to expand brand presence and impact.
* Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that ensure mutual growth and long-term collaboration.
Business Development & Market Expansion
* Drive consultancy-led business growth by identifying and converting partnership-driven opportunities.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design partnership campaigns tailored to European consultancy markets.
* Represent SupportRoom at consultancy forums, HR summits, and wellness conferences across Europe.
Partner Enablement & Relationship Management
* Manage ongoing consultancy relationships, ensuring partners are supported, trained, and aligned with SupportRoom’s objectives.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess partnership performance and identify new collaboration opportunities.
* Act as the liaison between consultancy partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and leadership).
Market Intelligence & Strategy
* Analyze consultancy trends across Europe to uncover opportunities for co-service offerings, product integrations, and joint initiatives.
* Provide insights to leadership and product teams on regional market needs and potential partnership innovations.
Key Requirements (Quantifiable)
* Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, or corporate wellness consultancies.
* Track Record: Proven success in developing and managing at least 5+ consultancy partnerships or channel accounts within Europe.
* Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of European business culture, consultancy ecosystems, and partnership models.
* Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to close partnership agreements valued at €100K+ annually or equivalent.
* Networking: Strong network within HR, management consultancies, and corporate wellness advisory firms.
* Communication: Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong advantage.
* Tech Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other partner management tools.
