Are you an organised, approachable professional with a passion for supporting students and running smooth school operations? We are looking for a dedicated Student Services Support and Admissions Officer to join in Bexley. This is a key role at the heart of the school’s admin and student services, offering a chance to make a real impact every day.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the main point of contact for all student services enquiries
* Triage and provide first aid to students, log incidents, contact parents, and supervise pupils until collected
* Lead and manage the admissions process, from application through to enrolment
* Coordinate Free School Meal (FSM) applications via L2ICT and keep accurate records
* Manage off-rolling processes, ensuring student files are maintained in line with legal guidance
* Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of student services
