As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a greenfield expansion project with a major global player. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements, particularly within trading and compliance. Translate business needs into technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows. Collaborate with other IT professionals within the company to ensure smooth delivery. Analyse existing systems and processes to identify improvements and efficiencies. Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases. Create and maintain documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The Ideal Person Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, ideally within financial services, trading, or compliance environments. Strong analytical and documentation skills - able to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, financial data flows, and compliance processes. Broad technical literacy - comfortable working with databases, APIs, system integrations, and data mapping. Experience working within Agile delivery teams, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
