FT Recruitment are currently supporting our client to recruit for a highly experienced and dedicated Senior QHSE Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and support across various projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. The Senior QHSE Advisor will play a vital part in shaping strategic decisions and fostering continuous improvement within the organisation. Duties Lead the design, rollout, and ongoing upkeep of client management systems across various disciplines Support clients in meeting obligations relating to Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental performance, Information Security, and GDPR—subject to relevant competence and experience Assist with driving continual improvement initiatives so that clients not only achieve but exceed the expectations of standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 and GDPR requirements. Collaborate with different business functions to help clients align system performance with wider organisational goals. Qualifications & Experience required Proven experience in a Senior QHSE Advisory or consultancy role Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage your own schedule, handle competing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure Lead Auditor credentials in two or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001. A valid, clean driving licence is mandatory, as client site visits form a substantial part of the role Highly motivated, with the initiative and drive to operate independently in both office-based and remote settings A positive, solutions-focused mindset, with a strong commitment to teamwork and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, paired with a strong sense of professionalism and work ethic Comfortable managing deadlines and adapting to the varied needs of multiple clients Enjoys working closely with customers and thrives on troubleshooting and resolving complex challenges
