The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide support to one of two Directors within the business. This is a varied and dynamic role that requires someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a positive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Director Support
* Proactive inbox and diary management for a highly busy Director, providing essential organisational and time management support through effective scheduling of meetings, prioritisation of tasks, and coordination of travel (including some personal arrangements
* Arranging business development meetings, lunches and occasional away days.
* A hoc tasks, particularly relating to development projects (e.g. setting up warranties, arranging insurance, managing key documents) regularly liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors etc.
Business Support
* Assist with document control to ensure project records are accurate and up to date.
* Support with property management tasks as required, including maintenance coordination and tenant sourcing.
* Collaborate with the accounts and admin teams to ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately.
Team & Culture
* Act as a central point of communication within the office, providing admin support to other team members when time permits.
* Support and participate in team socials and office initiatives, helping to maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoys being a go-to person for the team.
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
* Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused.
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Resilient, with a good sense of humour — essential in the construction industry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
