We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner to join our Clinical and Quality Division. This is a national role, working remotely with travel across the UK. About the Role As Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner, you will provide expert clinical leadership, working closely with frontline teams and external stakeholders to enhance the quality and consistency of care. You will lead on clinical assessments, formulation, evidence-based care planning, and contribute to service improvement initiatives across the group. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist mental health assessments and risk formulations. Provide expert consultation on complex clinical cases including EUPD, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Develop and review care plans that reflect individual needs and risks. Collaborate with NHS services, local authorities, and commissioning teams. Support staff through clinical supervision, training, and reflective practice. Contribute to safeguarding, incident management, and audit processes. Play a key role in defining our specialist mental health offer. About You You will be a dynamic and compassionate professional with a strong clinical background and a commitment to person-centred care. Essential Criteria Qualified and registered RMN, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker (NMC/HCPC/SWE). Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in complex mental health care. Skilled in managing high-risk behaviours and working with individuals with EUPD. Strong background in care planning, clinical risk management, and MDT collaboration. Confident in delivering clinical training and service improvement. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally. Desirable Additional training in DBT, trauma-informed care, or similar. Experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism.
