Overview:
* Job title: Property Manager
* Location: Belsize Park
* Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
* Parking provided
Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
Tenant Management:
* Efficiently manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors.
* Enforce tenancy agreements and resolve disputes.
Financial Management:
* Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
* Manage property finances, including income and expenses.
* Prepare and submit relevant financial reports.
Legal and Compliance:
* Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar high-end residential setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in property management software.
* ARLA qualification (preferred).
* A thorough understanding of tenancy law and regulations.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
