Your new role
As an Environmental Planner, you will play a pivotal role in project delivery and team development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring, supporting, and mentoring junior staff
* Assisting the Environmental and Planning team on a variety of projects
* Ensuring timely delivery and accountability of team objectives
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum of five years' experience in the environmental sector
* Proven track record in waste management projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A relevant academic degree and progress toward chartered membership with a recognised professional institute
* Thorough knowledge of UK environmental legislation, policy, and technological solutions
* Strong project management capabilities, including budget, scope, and timeline control
* Ability to manage client expectations on sustainability-related matters
* Full, clean UK driving licence
