We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Clerkenwell on a Fixed Term Contract with a view to going permanent. The ideal candidate must have a passion for property, and be highly organised. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You do not need to have a driving licence for this role! Benefits: Basic £23,000 OTE £30,000 guaranteed Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 Saturday per month 10am - 2pm (half day back when worked) Quarterly drinks with all offices Other incentives Responsibilities: Registering new applicants Keeping activity records up to date on Reapit Booking and conducting accompanied tours and viewings Following up on enquiries and building relationship with applicants and relocation agents Maintaining and updating Reapit Database, Recording detailed file notes of viewing feedback and conversations with Landlords and Tenants Achieving targets in new lets Negotiating offers between Landlords and Tenants Arranging Tenancies and progressing the tenancy files Ensure that the client’s best interests are always protected Follow company guidance, procedures and current legislation Communicating fully with all team members and other departments when required or instructed Requesting testimonials, arranging and distributing Let cards, distributing marketing material and assisting with canvassing Dealing with all customer enquiries and always providing a high level of customer service to Clients and Customers Undertake ARLA Training courses and CPD as required Key Skills: Passion for property Good local knowledge ideally Driven and customer service orientated Excellent verbal and written communication skills Smart and well presented at all times Hard working and honest Self-motivated and organised Focused and competitive Good work ethic – punctual and reliable Additional Company Information: Our client is an innovative firm of property advisors and development consultants who have become synonymous with urban living in central London, who have been established since 1996, specialising in residential sales, residential lettings, property management, new homes, commercial property, and short lets.
