Field Service Engineer / Plant Fitter / Plant Mechanic - £18/hr (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30) Enjoy your weekends while doing a job you love! We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer, Plant Fitter, or Plant Mechanic to service and maintain industrial and construction equipment without the constant weekend shifts or late nights. Why this role is different: Monday to Friday work: 8:00-16:30 with a 30-minute lunch. Optional overtime if you want extra pay. Not a requirement. Predictable schedule so you can plan your personal life. Work independently but with a supportive team behind you. Competitive pay: £17/hr £1/hr attendance bonus = £18/hr. The Work: Diagnose faults and repair plant machinery. Conduct safe, high-quality repairs and testing. Keep accurate records of all work completed. Communicate with supervisors when extra work is needed. You'll be perfect if you have: Experience with plant machinery in industrial or construction environments. (Diggers, Dumpers, Excavators, Telehandlers) Knowledge of hydraulics, engines, electrics, and fault diagnosis. Full clean driving licence. Why Apply?
