What You’ll Do: Lead the day-to-day operations of the service and technician team. Support and mentor Service Advisors to deliver seamless, premium customer experiences. Manage workshop loading, ensuring optimal technician efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee accurate job pricing, invoicing, and warranty claim processes. Handle complex customer queries and resolve concerns with professionalism and poise. Ensure high standards of communication between customers, advisors, and technicians. Contribute to upsell opportunities and support achievement of team sales and service targets. Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement performance improvements. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a Service Advisor or Service Supervisor role, ideally within a premium/luxury brand. Strong understanding of aftersales operations and customer service excellence. Leadership capabilities with a collaborative, motivating approach. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
