We're partnering with a high-growth D2C retail group; home to three innovative fashion and jewellery brands shaking up the online retail space. With a combined turnover of £15-20 million, this is an exciting time to join the business as they bring key marketing functions in-house.
We're looking for a PPC Executive to lead and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key platforms. This is a new, high-impact role for someone who wants to own paid media and drive measurable performance.
What You'll Do:
* Plan, manage, and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across multiple brands.
* Drive traffic, conversion, and ROI through data-driven strategy.
* Manage budgets, analyse performance, and report on key metrics.
* Collaborate with eCommerce and creative teams on campaign content and messaging.
* Test new ideas, channels, and tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
* Play a key role in bringing performance marketing in-house.
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years' experience in paid media or PPC, ideally within D2C eCommerce.
* Skilled in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Strong analytical mindset and budget management experience.
* Creative thinker with a commercial approach.
* Ambitious, proactive, and collaborative - thrives in a fast-paced, agile team.
